On-Site Coordination on Your Wedding Day
On your wedding day, your coordinator is on site to help bring the plans you've made to life.
Your coordinator will oversee venue and floor-plan setup, supervise vendor setup and breakdown, and serve as a primary point of contact for you, your wedding party, vendors, and guests.
Throughout the celebration, the team helps:
Complete final décor and setup touch-ups
Keep the ceremony and reception moving according to plan
Adapt when unexpected situations arise
Coordinate with your DJ for introductions and other formalities
Handle issues that may come up behind the scenes
Gather and pack personal items at the end of the evening in a designated location for pickup
It's all designed to give you fewer logistics to think about and more time to actually experience your wedding day.
The Benefit? You Get to Enjoy Your Wedding.
There are a lot of moving pieces behind a wedding day. You shouldn't have to be the person keeping track of all of them.
Having an experienced team on site means you can feel more organized leading up to your celebration and more relaxed once it begins. Instead of worrying about whether a vendor knows where to go or when it's time for introductions, you can be present with the people who came to celebrate with you.
